This week, we're back for part five of the 2020 Nova Scotia Massacres, and in this episode, we really get into the sketchy side of Gabriel Wortman's life. This includes his ties to some shady characters, his life long side quest as a smuggler, his love of guns (most of which were illegal in Canada), and his propensity to brag to anyone and everyone about his criminal activities. We also talk about his relationship with Lisa Banfield, as well as his very interesting personal life. And along the way, we also talk about Pablo Escobar's interest in New Brunswick, awkward family vacations that end in violence, and family reunions that end with even more violence.

This week, we're back for part 2 of the 2020 Nova Scotia Massacres, and this episode focuses on the second part of the massacres on the morning of April 19, 2020. During this series of massacres, massacre-ist Gabe Wortman travelled over a disturbing amount of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia and killed nine more people to bring his total to 22. 

We'll also cover how the RCMP spent the morning unable to get in front of Wortman, and how it seemed, at best, completely unable to make a cohearant decision in trying to catch him. Along the way, we talk about emergency alerts (or the lack there of), roadblocks (or the lack there of), and quite possibly the worst police chase ever.

This is the first episode of what will be our longest series yet, because we're finally tackling the 2020 Nova Scotia Massacres, which was the worst spree killing in Canadian history.
