Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a loyal Dutchified Iranian who has curated her kin throughout the years.

In Episode #4: Mindset, I will be talking about "Understanding". Understanding is the first phase of a model that I have developed over the last couple of years in the domain of personal and organizational transformation and change management or better to say change leadership.

I will also talk about how the experiences etched on my mother's soul, had impacted my experiences as an individual and as a mother. I will also share with you the story about my arrival to the Netherlands in January 2005. I will discuss how discovering my Azari roots made me understand how my father forged his new identity when he left his community in order to fit into his new community.
