A couple of tips
- pause whatever you are doing, make sure you not driving too, take a couple of nice deep breaths to centre your awareness and bring your mind to now.
- place one hand on your heart and one on your belly
- try to listen this to the end, some of the sounds (especially my voice) will go dissonant at some times. If this trigger you, breathe through it. Enjoy!
