Phrenologists were immensely popular in the 19th Century. They were Doctors who treated and analyzed patients by feeling the bumps on their head. Today’s tale concerns a phrenologist who is also a total idiot. You will enjoy meeting ‘Professor Quackenboss.’

Mister Ron's Basement No. 2000 (Part Fourteen of Twenty-One)

In celebration of reaching 2000 Episodes, we will be presenting Max Adeler’s 1879 Book ‘Random Shots’ from cover-to-cover over the course of 21 Days!

We also read this story about three years ago (Episode No. 1006), and are re-reading it now. Adeler wrote the ultimate Mother-In-Law story, which builds in laughs, then makes an extreme left turn towards the end that will leave you in stitches - - ‘Jerome Pinnickson’s Mother-In-Law.’
