This week, after a lengthy unplanned break. I speak to Sing/Songwriter and dedicated Cat Mother Jess Guise. We had a great conversation about some songs that were very personal for her and I couldn't be more pleased with how this episode came out!

This week I made another collaborative Mixtape with contributions from several people who participated in the charity bike ride I did last weekend. We were raising money for the mental health charity C.A.L.M the Campaign Against Living Miserably who work towards reducing the male suicide rate in the UK.
