Welcome to Episode 2 of the revised and revamped Movie Cocktail Podcast, where we discuss a film selected by the listeners and make an original themed cocktail to go with it.

This time we are discussing Starship Troopers directed by sci-fi legend Paul Verhoeven. We discuss the film, the background and making of the film, as well as influences and of course the source material. Starship Troopers is a far deeper film than it appears to be on the surface. So get your clothes off and dive right in with us.

Welcome to the first episode of the revised and renewed Movie Cocktail. Fans on Twitter voted for which film they wanted to watch and the Steven Spielberg classic Jurassic Park was selected.

This episode Dave and Jay are joined by our friend Marc and Host of the Fan Film Boyz Podcast Rob.

We discuss our earliest memories of Jurassic Park from seeing it at the drive-in to watching it in Australia. And one of the hosts may have been molested by a dilaphosaurus. We also drink a new cocktail created by Dave called the Mimosaraptor.

We dive deep into the film and discuss what makes Jurassic Park such a monumental classic, and whether or not it was Spielberg's last truly great film.

Then we get into the interesting facts and trivia that you may (or maynot) have known about the making of Jurassic Park. From a parkinson's riddled T-Rex to the effort it took to make some ripples in a cup of water.

Movie Cocktail started as a podcast that was created by Dave & Jay of Super Movie Bros. and by Marc Dickerson host of Cult Movie Cult. When Movie Cocktail failed as its own show Dave, Jay, and Marc brought it back as regular episodes of Super Movie Bros. Many fans of Super Movie Bros. have requested that we Make Movie Cocktail its own show, so here it is. We are publishing the entire 1st Season of Movie Cocktail (previously recorder in 2017 & 2018) and we will continue to publish new episodes from Season 2 as they are released.
