Cost Of Living Allowance (COLA) Mess
SISIP policy 901102, s. 24.b EXCLUDES the COLA paid on a clawback so the disabled Veteran gets a higher amount of money. So does Earnings Loss Benefit (ELB), a copy of SISIP. Therefore, in year 2, both MUST pay (when both were 75%)

In the initial episode of my podcast, I don't promise much I'm just testing the waters but I post what I observe the truth which is why I ended up naming my brand as Observation Post. If I decide to keep up with the idea, I will approach things like the Pension For Life (PFL) and debunk this garbage
