Advocating for Inclusion with Beth Noser

Advocating for Inclusion with Beth Noser

While she started out in the traditionally female-dominated HR sector, Beth Noser found a true calling in the more male-dominated tech world. Since, she’s been slaying it as Solutions Architect for The University of Kansas Health System, while working to make people who identify as other than white, male, or cis feel welcome and valued within her field. Patrick talked to Beth about her work with Kansas City Women in Tech, as well as efforts she’s led in her own organization to accelerate inclusion. They also chat about how to become a good ally, discuss actions we can take to promote inclusion and uncover some surprising (or not-so-surprising) stats. Throw on your empathy hats listeners, this might be one of the most important conversations we’ve had yet!
