Wenher was born in Germany in 1912 and after receiving his education he would eventually move into rocket science where he would become one of the leading experts in rocket technology. However when the movement of Nazism started to pick up, he found that the easiest way for him to continue his work was to join Hitler's military. With the help of Jewish slave labor, under the threat of death, Wenher was able to make even further discoveries with rocket science.
When Nazi Germany fell, Wernher surrendered to the US who couldn't deny his intelligence in the field of science and made him work for the US instead.

Dr. J. Allen Hynek was a scientist of astronomy, a professor and best known for his research on UFOs and "close encounters" which a term that he coined.
Working for the government, Hynek was first given a position to research and study unidentified flying objects that were seen across the the US. Hynek seemed to first be a skeptic of alien driven UFOs, chalking up to weather balloons and swamp gas, but he truly wanted to develop a scientifically system to classify the mysteries of these unexplained UFO sightings.
Whether it was secret aircrafts built by other nations or possibly alien space crafts, Hynek was dedicated to find answers. Over the time of doing his research, Hynek changed his opinion and believed it was possible that aliens were visiting Earth.
