In 2017 I wrote a musical for the London stage called Blink of an Eye. In 2022 I wrote the sequel which I performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and in 2023 the one-man gay rom-com was refined into a wonderful yet emotional piece of theatre.
Today's episode is the first part detailing the entire history of my stage show, Blink.

S01 E25: The Narcissists Among Us - Refracted World with Terry Geo
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week here in the UK and I wanted to focus on one condition I don't think many of us understand enough about.
There is more than just one type of narcissist. I didn’t know that until this year. I only knew about the classic narcissist, the one we likely all picture in our minds. The arrogant, self-loving, self-gratulating person with a sense of entitlement. But as I discovered, this is just one of five types of narcissism and I know a few people in my life who fit the criteria.

S01 E23: Are We Living in a Simulation? - Refracted World with Terry Geo
This is a ridiculous question. Of course we’re not living
in a simulation. I can think, I can see, I can smell, I can love, I can decide what I want to eat, where I want to walk to and who I want to interact with. I have memories, I can learn – in essence I am a flesh and blood human being, living on a planet in an almost infinite universe, that we can observe. Surely that proves we are not in a simulation. So if I know all of this and you know all of this, why does the question keep popping up, why are so many scientists and philosophers obsessed with the question and why is it that every year the
likelihood that we are in a simulation becomes greater… Let’s explore!

Last week we dove into the history of gay men and this week we're doing the same with transgender people. How far back do records go? Who was the first trans person to be documented?
1950s? 1850s? Think a lot further back.
