1:00: Walking around while Nicole talks about what “behind the leg” means

2:30: Walking, walk-halt transitions, repeat in both directions

9:35: Trotting, 20m circle, collect the trot for a few strides and then trot on, repeat in both directions

15:00: Trotting, leg-yield across the diagonal, repeat in both directions

16:15: Trotting, 20m circle, make walk-trot transitions

19:50: Walking, take a quick break

22:00: Cantering, 20m circle, collect the canter for a few strides and then canter on, medium canter for a few strides, repeat in both directions

27:00: Walk and pat your horse!
