Just what I needed.
This was my original review a year ago: “I’ve been binge listening this podcast for the past weeks, currently on the middle of the French revolution. It is thorough, fun, and makes sense of messy episodes of our history. It is just what I was looking for: a great podcast on history, clear and no fuss. I've recommended it to quite a few people already. Only negative comment, not worthy of taking away any stars, the pronunciation of french names is bad, at best.”
It only gets better. The Russian revolution series is a high point of the history of podcasting.
