We spent a couple of hours down in Hastings Rock A Nore in the company of Quentin Blake, TS Lowry and Eric Ravilious. Afterwards we enjoyed a well earned slice of home-made lemon drizzle cake on the cafe balcony as we savoured the delights of the exhibition and the higgeldy-piggledy Rock A Nore view.
