It's Only New to You
This week’s Podcast is about how leaders can affect and implement positive, successful change.
“There are a lot of people who resist change for the sake of resisting change. Those are not people who typically lead. Well functioning teams are made up of leaders. The first step in any #changeproject is to identify those that are not resistors and are willing to take on risk. If you are afraid of the word ‘no’, you are not meant to lead.”
All organizations are experiencing some level of disruption. As a result, leaders need to constantly adopt to change and be open to new ideas and growth.
Listen to the experienced words of Co-Founder and General Partner at Information Venture Partners, Rob Antoniades, provide his advice on what it takes to be a successful leader when going through change. -
