Skills?! We don't need no... Wait, what system are playing today?‪?‬ Minions and Musings

Wherein I muse a bit about skills and why are they even in our RPGs.  I further muse on what type of player and GM need/want skills in their game.  Not the most coherent musing but you get what you pay for, right?
