Totally love this podcast

Every night I go to bed listening to another amazing episode of Spirits. Now don’t think this podcast is so utterly dull that it will put you to sleep instantly. Quite the opposite!
I have a restless mind and my thoughts going here and there prevent me from keeping focused, from getting a rest and eventually falling asleep. Spirits however is so funny, interesting and exciting at the same time that It is one of the few things that will keep my mind in one place. No meditation for me, but hurray to Spirits.
Hearing stories about mythology, legends, gods, demons and rituals from every corner of the world is super interesting. Believe me, I have a great story to tell at every party by simply repeating what I’ve learned from Spirits. Feeling the friendship and fun between co-hosts Julia and Amanda makes me appreciative of my own dear ones.
Thanks girls, for your amazing stories. I am Dutch but listen to these podcasts from Sri Lanka and I so appreciate you taking me to every other exciting and mysterious place on earth (or heaven or hell) from the safety of my bed!
