10: What's a tech lead?
Ramón and Passy get back in front of the mics after a long, long break to catch on their careers and other topics. The two start by filling in the gaps the last two years have left in both their personal and professional lives. Ramón talks about his experience in fin-tech startups while Passy talks about Flipper, an extensible mobile debugging platform, that his job now revolves around. The two then try to find a definition for what tech lead really it, but - spoilers! - end up just as clueless as before. Nevertheless, they manage to find some common ground and at least realise where they do not want their jobs to go. Ramon has some questions about the viability of monorepos, which Passy tries to dispel. The duo wraps up the show with a quick check-in on entertainment, featuring Game of Thrones, Billions, Barry, Sekiro and Cuphead.

9: How We Build Large-Scale Mobile Apps Part III - Release Management
Passy has a new job and phone. Ramon will have a new drone. Google announced some stuff. So did GitHub. We later continue with our discussion about app development workflow, covering release management in this episode. Why do many large companies prefer the train model to the feature-based cut-off model? Could this have something to do with the mysterious "Bugfixes and improvements" changelogs you see everywhere? Spoilers: yes.
