4:00: Trotting, 20m circle, in both directions

9:00: Trotting, 20m circle, sit for 10 steps and then post, repeat in both directions

11:30: Cantering, 20m circle, in both directions

13:40: Walking, take a short break

17:00: Trotting, around the arena, ride walk-trot transitions, leg-yield across the diagonal, in both directions

19:00: Cantering, around the arena, ride counter canter, lengthen and collect on a circle, in both directions

23:30: Walk and pat your horse!
