One of the best for Triathlon

Taren and NTK really try to understand triathlon and all its aspects. They speak with experts in the field and athletes to provide you with a better understanding of the sport! Subscribevif you want to progress as a triathlete!

This is essentially a Keto diet propaganda podcast by now

When not talking up himself and his performances, Taren spends the remaining time spreading his beliefs on a bunch of fads, with a particular focus on high fat low carb diets. He doesn’t show any interest in discussing alternative and perhaps more scientifically-sound theories, but instead brings on the podcast any guest that can support and re-affirm his own points of view. For triathlon training, there are other better podcasts available. If you’re one that is all in on Keto and it’s application in endurance sports, then this podcast would be a useful resource for you.

Best podcast about triathlon.. Ever. Listen them as soon as they come out. And despite the fact that I own a SHIV Tarens Ventum is my spirit animal.
