Best podcast ever!!!
I’m not even kidding, started listening couple months ago and I’m completely hooked. Because it’s on average like 15 minutes, Omar cuts to the chase and you can immediately implement it.
I also got a question I really want to find out🙏 . That is: Currently I’m working on starting my own e-commerce shop and really looking to push my brand. Because it is a relatively small market in total, I am wondering though. Should I first try to win over a small part of the small market? Or go for a somewhat bigger share of that market? You always advised that you should first win over a small part. But no that it is already small, there is higher risk it seems.
Thanks in advance
Boost you need
10 min real-world business lessons everyday is how I begin my workday. This podcast is the perfect compliment to the MBA degree I’m pursuing. Highly recommended
Essential listening
Granted the themesong gets repetitive when you try to catch up on episodes and Omar's background as a teacher can lead to a bit of overexplaining the obvious sometimes but boy does this podcast deliver the goods.
Food for thought, best practices and simple pointers to get better everyday.
Rare are the times when advice applies to running my multi-million dollar transport company daily, a startup with the wife on the weekends or even in my personal life. And all of that for free.
That's why this is on my must-listen to playlist every week. Can't recommend it more.
