Reasonable effort

I was quite excited by this description of this podcast and the topics to be discussed. I like that the team take different pan-EU topics to discuss and dive into various EU country politics.
However the flow of the “conversation” is a bit lacking. It seems that Wolfgang does all the talking and there is not really a discussion or debate, rather a set of long winded monologues. There is limited input from the other contributors, I wonder what the point is of having additional contributors?
Also, the “humming” of agreement from the other contributors is annoying and distracting.
