Klantrecensies
Byzantium leeft voort
Fantastic series
Ivr been listening for years already and the contents have greatly enriched my knowledge and interest in the period and the areas it encompasses. The way in which it is told (tone and rythm) is quite unique and helps absorbing the information. Five star recommendation!
Big recommendation
One of the best history podcasts Ive heard. A truly worthy successor to the history of Rome, while also very much being its own thing with its own style. It’s thoroughly researched and structured well, and thus easy to follow. Robin has a great voice for podcasting and is an engaging storyteller. I would absolutely recommend this podcast to anyone curious about later Roman history, the history of the middle east, the history of christianity and islam, medieval history, or history in general.
