Pragmatic good stuff

Love Lucas’ work through and through. He’s pragmatic, focused on workable solutions, easy going and very compassionate. His podcast is as authentic as his other work. Great latest episode on inner chatter !

Interesting & Inspiring podcasts!

Lucas is a pro, whatever topic he mentions, he always talks from his own experience and is truly honest about everything. He knows what guests to invite to give as much information as needed yet still keeping things very practical and applicable for anyone. I love the fact that it is never " indoctrination" so whatever you feel that connects with you, it is the right thing to take from it. Lucas has the great power to dare to share his knowledge, to truly spread the good things out towards others. So i'd say: listen to the topics you like & spread it out towards others as well, get the world positively infected ;-)!

Very helpful about various health topics

The show is very diverse in topics and it's not only about yoga it's about health and everything thing related. At the end of every pod cast there is always a couple of listener questions that give some very useful tips and insights. The only criticism I have is that it is sometimes to full of technical terms that aren't explained. But overall a great show with very diverse guests.
