In this 6th and final episode of season one of The Rocks Show we talk all about goal setting.

This week we introduced OKRs to our operations so we go into detail on how we have done this, plus got loads of tips about how you could implement these into your business, regardless of how you currently operate.

In this weeks episode we talk all things training, with CPC training now temporarily being delivered online we discuss the ins and outs of online Vs classroom learning. We also meander into Doctor Who and food... who knew our knowledge was so wide ranging?!
