Great time visiting with Kristin & Jericho in the RFB studio. The band's debut album really takes you on a journey and is a lot of fun to listen to. The band's first show of 2022 is at Mercury Lounge on Saturday, February 22nd with Diary, and Margot & the Midnight Tenants.

MONTE is a Brooklyn-based power rock trio that was formed by front-woman and guitarist, Caitlin Montclare. She teamed up with drummer, drum builder and engineer, Ismael Baiz early in 2018. Meghan Rose joined the band a year later adding harmonies and melodic bass-lines. Blending rock, punk, and pop, MONTE delivers a signature sound that is original, surprising, and relatable. MONTE's in-your-face lyrics and shredding guitar riffs are cleverly balanced by musical harmonies and catchy hooks.
