Inspiring to keep going, sharing and creating.

I only recently found your podcast and other socials through Dr Trish. I couldn't be more greatfull for this.

You reminded me to follow my own path, creating and sharing my truth. How I used Ice-diving to release trauma, to overcome the darkest parts of me, to embrace them, hold space for them. Listening to the content you create makes me aspire to be more, share more and aim to share my greatness eventhough I am still developing myself. Sharing things I found to be true, eventhough I know I don't have any answers. I always thought that in order to share content you had to be great, successful with everything figured out.

This podcast helped me push forward with my story knowing it is not perfect. For the first time I dared to take people on my journey to finding solutions rather than waiting untill I found them all. I realised that I am able and allowed to share mistakes, the ones I made in the past, the ones I am currently making and my expectations to make a lot of them in the future. Because it is not our mistakes that define us, it is how we use them to grow, not only oursevles but the community we live in, to use truth as a form of connection and engadgement.

So thank you for everything you do, share and create.

Honest and real

As part of my daily morning routine, when cycling to university, I find that the vulnerable and courageous character of Lewis and the life-stories of his guests really inspire me to take that extra leap and see life for what it really is. One big, rather messy and nonlinear, opportunity.
