    There are so many stories going around right now about this virus and the meaning behind it all. I think it’s important to stay connected to our own heart and (inner) truth and not adopt any story or paradigm as the absolute truth. We can get lost in our environment easily, especially when we’re going through massive change and we’re afraid.

    Our mind wants to stay in control, where’s it going, what’s happening? We’re trying to make sense of it. This makes sense, but ask yourself: what’s true for me right now? What do I feel in my heart?

    It’s a good thing to stay informed, but be mindful about your own thoughts. If you ask me, the problem isn’t what’s happening outside ourselves (even though it always seems that way), but the way we percieve something/look at something. Am I looking at something through the lens of fear of love?

    Your body physically reacts to your beliefs and emotions, so what you believe really matters! Our spirit and mind our powerful.
    Sometimes we forget we are POWERFUL CREATORS, not victims of our environment. We don’t need our environment to be powerful, because our true power is INSIDE us. We are all connected in a field of energy and vibration, so what you belief and your energy matters.

    You make an impact on yourself and others just through your energy.
    Change can be scary and hard, but I truly feel that everything happens for a reason. Life happens for us not against us.

    Episode #14 Joe Dispenza course, letting energy move & integration

    In this episode I talk about my week with Joe Dispenza. I've been practicing Joe Dispenza's online course for advanced students this week and I noticed some shifts. I tried to do everything at the same time early this week (being a mom, working and the inner work 4 hours a day), but of course this didn't work.

    I felt resistance yesterday, a headache, fatigue, crying etc. This was all energy in motion (or turbulence) and I needed some time and space to integrate and release this energy today. Luckily I do have time today and I notice a big shift now that I allow myself the time to integrate.

    The more you're able to let energy move through you, the more you're able to be present and connect to your inner guidance and source energy. This is why I say this energy work MATTERS. It can make the difference between living a live being lost in the world around you and living from your own being and connection.

    On April 11 at 10.11 me and Naomi are giving an ONLINE energy management workshop for women. We'll cover the basics of awareness and managing your own energy. How do you connect to you and how do you manage emotional triggers? I believe empowerment is key right now, and if you know how to do the inner work, you'll be able to shift your own energy and influence the world around you in a positive way. ❤️

    I woke up in the middle of the night overly analysing something. I couldn't sleep and I got up to meditate to get out of my own way. In this podcast I share why it doesn't work to beat a problem to death in your mind and what to do instead. I think it's such an important skill these days to be able to get out of a highly analytical (high beta brain waves)state of being - which is stressful and creates fear- back to a state of relaxation and trust.

    Episode #10 The process I use to navigate emotional reactions to the world around me

    This is one of my most important practices. In my experience if you get a grip on your emotional reactions (triggers) it makes it easier to connect to yourself and follow your own guidance. If we are reactive we get easily sidetracked from our own intentions, creations and vision, from our own energy. Sometimes we get sidetracked and stuck for a long time. Emptying yourself by letting energy move whenever it comes up in the moment is how you improve your connection to your intuition and inner guidance.

    This is the process/practice I use on a daily basis:

    Step 1. Acknowledgement.
    Notice the trigger. Say how/what you feel. Notice fysical symptoms, feelings and sensations. Notice the story in your mind and try to disconnect from it.

    Step 2. Allow/welcome/open up to the sensations.
    Am I able to be a loving and open presence when these sensations move through me? Feeling this with acceptance & love.

    Step 3. Release.
    Scream, breathe, run, walk, bathe, shake, do yoga, whatever you need to let this energy move without pushing it away, hiding, running, or venting it in an unhealthy way.

    Step 4. Integration.
    This is where you make sense of it in your spirit, mind and body. This is where you share, or journal, or sit with it etc., so next time you’ll be more prepared. This is how you grow & evolve.

    It helps to have an awareness practice and to start your day with meditation and intention. Otherwise you might get lost in your thoughts and emotions at the start of your day and it’ll be more difficult to get a grip on your emotional reactions from this place. It also helps to write down your responses and thought patterns so you’ll be more prepared next time.

    Yesterday I did a live full moon meditation on Instagram. I just wanted to share the audio with you in the podcast ❤️😄

    It's a 30 minute journey through the energy centers (or chakra's in Sanskrit) of the body and it helps you tune into your own energy field, shift your vibration and release. You can use this any time you need it. I start with the meditation at about 5 min and 20 sec in if you want to skip the intro and start meditating right away.
