Together Apart Ep8: Maximize Your Mindset

Together Apart Ep8: Maximize Your Mindset

Welcome to the 8th episode of the Together Apart Podcast! My website DrReihl.com has launched! I am thrilled to share this sight with you! Go visit DrReihl.com subscribe to my biweekly couples challenges which will be designed to help you connect with your spouse on a deeper level and get on my email list to be the first to know about new and exciting projects!
I’d like to start by sharing a quote by Dr Wayne Dyer “ If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Meaning, if you are looking at the situations in your life with a mindset focused on the problems, and negative perceptions, that is what you will see, that is what you will look at, but if you begin looking at the things in your life from a more positive initial mindset, you will begin to see those things more easily and more often. Today’s show focuses on the power of mindset and the amazing things shifting your mindset around time apart can produce. I am grateful to have Dr. Megan Cannon on the show today to help me talk with you about this topic.
