1:00: Walking around while Jon talks about the lesson
4:00: Walking, large circle, transition to halt, walk on, repeat
5:00: Trotting, large circle, ask them to stretch down, in both directions
8:30: Trotting, large circle, sit for 10 steps and then post, repeat in both directions
10:50: Cantering, large circle, transition to trot, transition to canter, repeat, in both directions
16:00: Walk break
17:30: Trotting, large circle, ride walk-trot transitions with only 3 steps of walk, in both directions
22:30: Cantering, large circle, lengthen and collect the stride, repeat in both directions
27:00: Walk and pat your horse!
