An because of his connections with the community and deep ties with the fellowship of recovery here in Los Angeles he has asked to remain anonymous. He is a fairly well known guy so if you know who he is that’s fine and if you don’t, that’s fine too. We discuss many things including the rich history of the block he lives on, the state of real estate in LA, what he thinks of rent control, the homelessness issue and possible solutions.

Hallie Mayo is a former professional bodybuilder and currently is a personal trainer at the world famous Gold’s Gym in Venice. We discuss diet, wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and she also reveals some of her own struggles with body image and eating disorders. Annika Grace is a 20 year old singer, songwriter and poet, and a native Angelino. We discuss why she recently decided to move to Venice, her musical influences, a little about politics and spirituality, and where she sees herself in the music industry moving forward. She,along with her guitarist Billy Wilson, perform a couple of her original songs.
