What Are We Watching‪?‬ Mari and Yas

It's officially the Christmas season. As Asian Americans, we found it fitting to watch an Asian American movie that stars Nina Dobrev everyone's favorite doppelganger, Jimmy O Yang rich man child, and Harry Shum Jr a fan-favorite warlock. 

This is our first review of a TV show. We have loved You are a while and just got done watching the latest season ( we know, we're late). Hope you like our review of the show.

We watched the Last Duel in theaters and Yas was surprised at how much we enjoyed ourselves. We do recommend you watch this movies ( it needs some love). The themes are very important to get awareness to. There is a trigger warning for this film and this episode of the podcast for sexual assault and the aftermath. We hope you take care of yourself.

Mari and Yas watch a childhood favorite, but is it as good as we remember it? Haunted Mansion stars Eddie Murphy, Marsha Thomason, and Terence Stamp.

Welcome October, this month we start with our Halloween-filled month with Monster House (2006), a childhood favorite that scared us as children. We had a great time rewatching this movie as adults. 

Yas and Mari give their unfiltered opinion about the live-action Cruella. Mari is for the nostalgia, while Yas apparently can't remember what 101 Dalmatians is about.
