    The Investigations

    The Investigations

Was there a coverup? The Warren Commission published a report in 1964 that claimed Lee Harvey Oswald was the sole gunman. But over a decade later, the House Select Committee on Assassinations claimed that President Kennedy was killed as the result of a ‘conspiracy.’ Why the conflicting results? With revelations over the last 60 years, flaws in both investigations are exposed.

    The Wilderness of Mirrors

What did Oswald mean when he uttered the now-famous words “I’m just a Patsy!”, just hours before he was murdered? To begin to understand what those words mean, we step into the ‘Wilderness of Mirrors’ to see the world of counterintelligence through the eyes of James Jesus Angleton – a man known as “The Poet Spy.” In the Wilderness, confusion is a key weapon. We’ll trace Oswald’s steps from his return from the Soviet Union to his activities in New Orleans in the summer of 1963.

Ah yes, I remember it well …

Thank you, Mr. Reiner and Ms. O’Brien, for this series! So far I’ve only heard the first episode but can’t wait to listen further. I was a 10-year-old schoolgirl in Chicago when Kennedy was shot and was at home recovering from a tonsillectomy when I watched Jack Ruby shoot Lee Harvey Oswald live on TV. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! It was indeed a scary time in America; all the duck-and-cover drills in class felt sinister at best and walking home from school, I would break into a run if I heard a plane overhead. But even at that tender age, I felt strongly that the official explanations made no sense. Many were utterly absurd, even to a young brain. All my life I can’t help but wonder (based on nothing concrete except perhaps for the breadth of the obvious cover-up) if the U.S. government wasn’t at the bottom of it all. And I am one that vehemently despises any and all conspiracy theories!!! Therefore I find this podcast most welcome and cannot wait to discover what you have unearthed! - With sincere appreciation, Zeppo 6

Should be called LHO didn't kill JFK

I'm open to hearing stories about what other things could have taken place instead of the official narrative, but I can't stand podcasts that are trying to tell people what "really" happened.

If you what you think happened doesn't doesn't come across to others by simply stating what is known, then maybe you have a weak caseto begin with.
