Jamie is a mother and co-founder of Mavella Superfoods. While talking to fellow parents Jamie noticed that they all had one thing in common - they were having trouble getting their children to eat nutritious, healthy food. She identified a gap in the market and developed a range of products to help parents provide their children with extra nutrition. Hannah discusses with Jamie the creation and development of Mavella Superfoods.

    Creating Food Adventures for Kids

    Creating Food Adventures for Kids

Sarah Thomas is a former sommelier at Le Bernardin and the founder of Kalamata's Kitchen, a food adventure brand for kids and families. She has launched food tasting tours for kids, a series of books, and the Taste Bud Travel Guide, among many other experiences in the works.

Sarah is dedicated to creating food adventures that give kids autonomy and the freedom to discover cultures and new foods on their own. During the current pandemic Sarah has introduced a free kitchen exploration passport for families practicing social distancing at home. She's leveraged her sommelier background to come up with so many fun challenges (spice tests, writing a letter to a chef, etc).

The free kitchen passport and other useful resources can be downloaded at https://www.kalamataskitchen.com/
