Ep.40-What This 13-Year Old Powerhouse Can Teach You About Forgiveness
This 13-year-old powerhouse probably has more courage than all of us put together!
Sexually assaulted by a trusted family friend at 11, rather than spending decades of suffering in silence, she chose to speak about it!
And this is her story.
The incredible London Pugmire:
London was born and raised in Idaho. She is the youngest of 5 children, she has 3 sisters and one brother.
London is actively involved with sports and has been playing volleyball for the last several years.
She loves animals, especially horses. She volunteers at a local farm helping take care of the 9 horses that are used for equine therapy.
This last year London was selected from her local middle school to be part of “Sources of Strength” a peer mentoring program. The program provides training to students to be able to help combat teen suicide, abuse, mental illness, and bullying. They focus on intervention through awareness, reaching out, and connection.
If you’d like to get in contact with London, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a comment here below with your contact details and we will pass it on.

Ep.38-Transform Your Heart So That You Can Transform Your Mind with Cordelia Gaffar
Are you a woman that feels like you are detached from your heart? Do you want to get out of the hamster wheel of doing what is accepted and expected from you but don’t know how?
Then this episode is for you!
My incredible guest, Cordelia Gaffar, a mother of six, an author of eight books, the host of three podcasts, a coach, and an international speaker, shares her challenges of being a Muslim woman of color in America, going through a divorce, facing her fears and how she completely transformed in this process and found her joy.
We also discussed Cordelia’s new book “Detached Love: Transforming Your Heart So That You Can Transform Your Mind” where she takes you deep into the inner and outer geography of our emotions. Cordelia explains where our negative emotions live in the body, and how we can heal our own bodies and diseases using our emotions as a power source.
This is really a life-changing conversation.
Thank you for listening and let me know what you think.
Ep. 37 - How To Instantly Dissolve Emotional Trauma and Disease
Have you ever felt like you've tried everything possible to heal your long-term depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, pain and/or disease, but nothing worked?
The reason I've invited my beautiful guest Antonia Harman, an Emotional Trauma Expert and Renowned Healer, to my podcast, is because I've experienced first-hand her healing miracle in just one session. My anxiety about not being able to have a baby (that I was struggling with for many years) has totally disappeared, and the feeling of calmness and divine knowledge that this will come in its own time filled my whole body.
Over the decade, Antonia has healed and treated thousands of people around the world for a range of debilitating traumas ranging from chronic depression and anxiety to helping people unleash their own divine empowerment in one session.
Antonia believes that any negative feelings, emotions and thoughts can be broken down and dissolved, so people can be free on a path to happiness regardless of the trauma and pain they have previously been through.
