Charis is part of the SmashingConf team and organizes since 2017 annually her own non-profit conference Webconf.asia in Hong Kong. Which she had to postpone In 2019 because of the massive protest in her beloved city. In this episode we talk about why postponing a conference is better than canceling. Bringing parts of SmashingConf online and which tools to use to create an awesome online conference experience.
