Yutin Peng will share her journey and will let you know how getting out of her comfort zone and having a proactive attitude, made her grow and become a more confident professional.

Peng studied a German Language and Literature BA at Lanzhou University. She then did her Management master's degree at the ESMT University in Berlin.

She started her career as a Project Manager Intern in Digital Innovation at the BSH Home Appliances Group, and she is now an Engineering Analyst at Accenture.
