Mental health is so serious .. especially in the life we live, its tough out here. So always knowing your worth and always bringing yourself up is so important.. the people you are around is what makes you.. YOU. Keep those around that you want to elevate from that you can learn from.. you cant expect change if you stay around the same people that want the same and not want more and to always elevate in life.

Loyalty is always a huge this in life, especially when it comes to friendships and relationships. Once you ruin a loyalty the trust is not always going to be there.
