Or Green is Ben?
Really don't know the answer to that, but one thing I know is that this podcast is my favorite all time.
Only negative is that it can be hard to follow along with all the complicated 'science' words when you are from Norway...

Better ask Ben

Have you ever suffered from chronic curiosity about sleep, fat-loss, wellness, nutrition, recovery, and just all-round awesomeness? You better ask Ben! If i am commuting by bus to my local crossfit box, just making dinner, or rucking up in the mountains near where I live, I always catch up on Ben´s latest espresso shots of knowledge. My life has changed for the better in so many ways, and this has happened all the while me getting a good laugh twice weekly.
Also make sure and check out Ben and Hunter´s Obstacle Dominator podcast. Inspiring, hilarious.
Now I´ll just stand up at my waiting for Ben´s first Quarterly box, while sipping on some cold brew matcha. Thanks Ben!

Omg SO much commercial! Its every other minute, i couldnt listen to a whole episode, its just spam spam spam!
