TOM BLUMENTHAL is one of the foremost curators of luxury in the country and a noted speaker on the history and trends of the luxury industry. A native Angeleno, Blumenthal has served as president of the Rodeo Drive Committee for four years as well as the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce for two.
He is the former Vice President of the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills. In 2005, the Beverly Hills City Council presented him with the Pioneering Spirit Award for his significant contributions to the city. To this day, he actively supports the various community leaders and organizations in Beverly Hills.
Throughout his career, Blumenthal has utilized his position as a respected businessman and prominent community figure to advance causes close to his heart and give back to the institutions that have helped make him the man he is today.
Blumenthal recently completed a 5-year term as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Mount St. Mary’s University, where he has been involved since 2002 and continues to serve as a Board Member.

LILI BOSSE was originally elected to the Beverly Hills City Council in 2011. She previously served as Mayor in 2014, 2017 and 2022. Councilmember Bosse has focused on public safety, mental wellness, support of local businesses, and communication with the community. During her 2022-2023 term, she launched BHPD alert which provided more timely information to the Beverly Hills community; a Real Time Watch Center to monitor the City's surveillance network; Live 911 which allows police officers in the field to hear calls immediately without waiting for information from dispatch; and the 30X30 initiative with a goal of 30% sworn women personnel by the year 2030.
During her last term, her 'Business with Bosse' initiative highlighted businesses across Beverly Hills by inviting community members to meet at various locations throughout the city. She also hosted public events focused on wellness with Deepak Chopra and Edith Eger and live town-hall style meetings known as LIVE WITH LILI to hear directly from the community on their suggestions and ideas.
In October 2022, Councilmember Bosse led the Beverly Hills City Council in the adoption of a resolution calling on President Biden, Secretary of State Blinken and Members of Congress to Increase Sanctions Against the Iranian Regime and for the United Nations to expel Iran from its Women’s Rights Commission. The action follows the physical beating and deaths of Mahsa Amini, Sarina Esmaeilzadeh, Nika Shakarami, and others by Iran's morality police.
Councilmember Bosse has served the community for over 25 years as chair and member of many commissions, committees, foundations and boards, among them the Planning Commission, Traffic and Parking Commission, Arts and Culture Commission, Beverly Hills Education Foundation,  Wilshire Boulevard Temple, Jewish Federation, Aviva Family and Child Services, Hebrew Union College, Synagogue 2000, Wexner Leadership Program, and Visionary Women's Organization. While serving on the City Council, Councilmember Bosse has been a leader in several important areas, including the Roxbury Park Community Center reconstruction project, the initiation of the very successful 'Walk With the Mayor' program, the 60-Second Shout-out program, the BOLD initiative and the first dog park in Beverly Hills.
Her goal has always been to ensure the values of inclusion and diversity, and create a new sense of community in our world class city. Councilmember Bosse, the only daughter of holocaust survivors, grew up in Beverly Hills and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She and her husband Jon are strong proponents of public education and longtime supporters of Beverly Hills schools. Together, they led the modernization of the libraries at all five public schools, the renovation of the KBEV television facility and started the Bosse Leadership Academy for school district employees. Their two sons, Andrew and Adam, are also Beverly High graduates.

OFFER NISSENBAUM is Managing Director of The Peninsula Beverly Hills, overseeing all aspects of the Beverly Hills icon, a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star-rated hotel in Southern California for 30 consecutive years. Nissenbaum was raised in both Israel and Canada and studied hospitality management at Paul Smith’s College, in Paul Smiths, New York. He began his career with Helmsley Hotels, spending three years in a management-trainee program at the Park Lane Hotel in New York City. In 1986 he joined Doral Hotels & Resorts at the company’s Doral Tuscany Hotel, also in New York City. He relocated to Miami two years later as Resident Manager of its sister property, the Doral Saturnia International Spa Resort, at the time the highest-rated hotel spa in the U.S. He was promoted to General Manager at the age of 30.
Nissenbaum later spent several years with Toronto-based Delta Hotels & Resorts, then returned to New York City to become Resident Manager of The Plaza Hotel. Several years later, he joined Omni Hotels. Prior to joining The Peninsula Beverly Hills in December 2007, Nissenbaum was overseeing nine hotels as Regional Vice President of Operations for Omni Hotels.
