He's finishing up a Master's in IO Psych and an MBA and he can't decide whether to pursue a PhD or jump right into the workforce. This isn't scripted or rehearsed--we're really talking for the first time on the air. I make some mistakes, but I wanted to share the session anyway to show that real coaching can be messy and imperfect, but still help.
