Episode 11 - with Julia Franckh, Founder of Let Me Be Franckh She can. She did.

    • Entrepreneurship

Quite simply, the woman is seriously smart! Having studied cognitive science followed by a masters in social psychology at Brown University in the States, Julia is a self-confessed geek who importantly (to me at least!) has genuine credibility in a sea of 'business experts' online. As someone that loves learning, she opens up to me about the challenges of learning to outsource and not wear every hat as a Founder. We discuss why credibility is so ridiculously important in a world where anyone can claim to be an expert in anything online and how - as a service-based business with no network in London when she moved here - she approached marketing Let Me Be Franckh and putting a price on her time and skills whilst actively building a supportive network of friends who are willing to challenge her. Plus, she offers some seriously powerful advice for us all on how we can all better manage stress, deal with our inner critic on a day-to-day basis and why the word 'yet' can be a great source of power!
She can. She did. is hosted by me, Fiona Grayson (hello!) and is sponsored by xero.com
