I don’t quite remember how I came accross Rhiannon and her podcast, all I remember is I got hooked immediately. I appreciate that Rhiannon and her guests speak from a place of science based facts and shares actual knowledge, instead of just their opinions on pseudo-science. As I often do when I come across a podcast I love, I have of course listened back through all of the Food for Thought episodes as well, and a couple of my favourites would be ‘the truth about weightloss’ with Dr Giles Yeo, and ‘nutrition lies in the headlines’ with lawyer / nutritionist Alan Flanagan 👌🏼
