Plus for content, minus for quality
I’ve been a YouTube subscriber since Sam and Ian, and for the most part the channel reflects many of my own views on the club. Content is 5 stars. However, I think you should invest in better audio-equipment. The podcast has an Ok structure, and I like the debate-style episode, but between people speaking higher directly into the microphone while others low away from it, and the below-average recording-quality, the conversation can be difficult to follow at times, and it occasionally makes me skip the episode all together.
Anyway, keep up the debate, and keep on focusing on the support rather than on how some higher-up people may be hurting the club. Too many supporters pointing their fingers on what they think is wrong with the club today istead of praising those players that actually keep giving their all in matches. Remember that as a medium of the fans, you have a the opportunity to influence so many people, and by that I think you should feel somewhat responsible for what the mass-media claims that «the supporters» think. This is something I think you are allready very good at, but also something I think you can do even better.
