Social media can be confusing and feel like a burden. Document your process, take photos of your listing and give value to your followers by explaining how the new counter tops were installed and what they are made of don’t just post a photo giving the price of the house. GIVE VALUE!

Virtual Tours
I have noticed a drop in the use of virtual tours this past year. I think buyers are just not that interested in slowly walking though a house and would rather just see the photos to decide if they want to see the house. However, I have noticed an increase in the use of virtual tours for rental properties. Check out the episode for more details.
