Having been involved in the growth of over 300 companies across 23 industries, Răzvan Căzănescu founded the TBF group of companies with the aim of assisting Romanian entrepreneurs to scale their businesses on an international level.
In his 19 years in business, he has developed what is now called the TBF Management System. It's the only complete system developed by a Romanian that facilitates the management of companies ranging from 10 to thousands of employees, through measurable responsibilities, quarterly objectives, critical procedures and processes, performance evaluations, and fair compensation based on results.
Despite living by the sea in Spain, all of his business interests, and those he contributes to, remain in Romania. Răzvan has made it his mission to grow at least 10 companies over the next 40 years that will become number 1 in their respective industries internationally.

Adrian Dragomir has over 20 years of experience in the online environment, he is the founder of several companies, the best known being the business intelligence platform Termene.ro. Recently, Adrian launched a new company analysis module based on artificial intelligence, StartAI.ro.
His mission is to develop business intelligence and risk management solutions to help companies, managers and professionals have access to the latest financial and legal information, correctly assess financial risk situations and efficiently manage their time and resources.
