Tyson started his career as a plumber before taking the big leap of faith to start his own business 10 years ago. I started working with him in 2016 when he had 10 employees and he has since grown the business to 20 employees.

He started his own franchise in 2008 with four people, and has since grown it the business to 60 employees in 6 offices across Adelaide.
