    We are excited to welcome Colby Blaine to the BVA Boardroom. Born and raised in Idaho, Colby is a proud Boise High School graduate from the class of 2005. His journey in the world of basketball is nothing short of inspiring.

    Colby's coaching career took a significant turn during the 2014-2015 season when he served as an assistant coach at the College of Idaho. Prior to that, he honed his teaching and coaching skills at Montana Western and the College of Southern Idaho, where he was part of the team that clinched the National Championship in 2011.

    In 2014, Colby joined the Coyote Men's Basketball team as an assistant coach. His dedication and strategic acumen led to his promotion as head coach in 2018. Under his leadership, the team has reached new heights, earning Colby the NAIA National Coach of the Year award in both 2020 and 2023.

    Colby's coaching prowess culminated in the Coyote Men's Basketball team becoming the NAIA National Champions in 2023. Remarkably, his team stands out as the only men’s basketball program in the country, at any level, to achieve the feat of winning 30+ games for six consecutive seasons.

    Mark began his commercial real estate career 15 years ago at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate Company, quickly becoming a top producer and trusted advisor in Idaho. In March 2014, he joined Gardner Company as Director of Leasing, boosting the leasing rate of their portfolio from 75% to over 95%.



    Now Chief Leasing Officer at BVA Development, Mark continues to bring dedication and integrity to his work. A fourth-generation Idahoan, he values hard work and community service. He has been a Board Member for the American Red Cross since 2015 and the Idaho Technology Council since 2017. Active in sports, he coaches his four children in various leagues.



    Mark holds an associate degree in Accounting from Ricks College and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Boise State University. He lives in Meridian with his wife, Tiffany, and their children, Brier, Lola, Caleb, and Cooper.

    Tim Wrightman is a true legend in the world of football and beyond. Tim played for the Chicago Bears, most notably as part of the 1986 Super Bowl championship team that secured victory in Super Bowl XX. Tim's football career began at UCLA, where he played for the Bruins from 1978-81. During his college years, he was a standout athlete, being named consensus All-American in 1981, earning Rookie of the Year honors in 1978, and receiving the Bruins All-Around Excellence award in both 1979 and 1981. In recognition of his exceptional skills, the LA Times voted him the best collegiate tight end Southern California has ever produced in 1999. His contributions to the sport were further honored in 2003 when he was inducted into the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame.

    Beyond the gridiron, our guest has also made his mark in the entertainment industry. He has appeared as a guest star in 21 television shows, including popular series like "Party of Five," "Baywatch," and "Renegade," and has starred in 20 national commercials.

    Today, he enjoys life on his expansive 200+ acre Lazy Bear Ranch in Weiser, Idaho. The ranch serves as a pheasant preserve and a dynamic event venue, reflecting his deep connection to nature and his family, especially through pheasant hunting—a cherished activity that bonds him to his father.
