Mark McClain is the CEO and founder of SailPoint (NYSE:SAIL), a leader in the enterprise identity management market. He has led the company from its beginnings in 2005 through its VC-and PE-backed stages to its IPO in 2017, as it grew from a team of 3 to over 1,200 employees and about 1,500 enterprise-class customers in thirty five countries. 

Tim Heyl graduated from Texas A&M in 2008 without a job or plan. Out of necessity he became a realtor and eventually built one of nations top producing real estate firms by the time he was 30. 

He has founded multiple real estate companies including Phone Animal and Homeward. A recent Forbes article valued Homeward at more than $800 million. 

The Boy's sister will be graduating next year with a Film degree. On this episode veteran television actor Boo Arnold will give her some great life and career advice and shares some of his experiences from the 15 years he spent in L.A..
