JUST SB podcast was created to connect the people of the Inland Empire and abroad to a community platform to discuss workforce, career pipelines, environment, education, policies, art, cultural activities, community events, and more. Below are some of our goals: 







* The Just San Bernardino collaborative created the People’s Plan for Economic Inclusion, a strategic plan to improve economic conditions for Black and Brown residents suffering from low-paying jobs with no opportunity for advancement.* Increased resident knowledge of and engagement around regional economic planning processes and current efforts to create quality jobs in San Bernardino.* Increased capacity of Just San Bernardino partners to lead economic planning efforts that generate quality jobs.* Achieved stronger alignment between community and systems leaders around city-specific and regional economic planning and quality job creation efforts.
