The studio is also used as a home for Henry’s many other creative passions, be it pouring cocktails or candles. Henry uses his studio for personal and professional creative expression “by any medium necessary”. He spends his limited downtime obsessing over all things basketball with his son, Levi.

    Tommy Miller - From the Battlefield to the Brew-House

    On this episode of KLLR Creatives, we speak with Tommy Miller, a former Air Force firefighter turned beer-brewer and is based out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

    During his time in the Air Force, Tommy fell in love with beer as he was exposed to brews from around the world and eventually, learning to brew himself while living in Japan. After leaving the Air Force, Tommy became an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter as a contractor for the Department of Defense spending time in Afghanistan, Iraq, and an extended stay in Kuwait - all the while, continuing to spend his off-time exploring new cultures - and new beers.

    After some more globe-trotting and turning down a highly-classified position at Area 51, Tommy decided to dive into the world of beer professionally. Starting off cleaning and delivering kegs, Tommy quickly rose to the top of the Dallas brewing scene, most recently helping launch Rollertown Beerworks in Celina, TX.

    Tyler Watterson is a founder and the CEO of Lone Star Republic, the world's greatest Richardson-based future professional soccer club. Born in Garland in 1990 before moving to Phoenix at the age of 10, Tyler returned to Dallas in August of 2015 and was immediately picked up by LSR off of the NTPSA Sunday league free agent list excel spreadsheet. LSR has come a long way from being the last-place team in all of NTPSA's six open divisions, but Tyler refuses to give up the dream of playing professionally before he peaks at the age of 43 and is then forced to medically retire. Tyler graduated from the University of Arizona in 2017 and lives and works in Richardson with his two newly adopted Australian shepherds, Koda and Starr.
